Cichetti’s three-course experience is tailored to satisfy your flavourful desires. Start with Rosemary Sea Salt Focaccia served with a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Then, be delighted by your choice of a first course. We recommend a fresh Caprese salad made with heirloom tomatoes, olive oil, white balsamic, pesto, pinenuts and bocconcini. This dish pairs beautifully with Shaw and Smith Sauvignon Blanc, creating a delightful peak.
Prepare yourself for the rich flavours of your second course. The Tortellini is filled with pearl meat and prawns, enhanced with lemon butter, fennel, dill, chili and radish, paired with a glass of Italian Pinot Grigio ‘Sartori’.
