Highlights of Cup Week 2024
Cup Week 2024 was nothing short of spectacular. The festivities kicked off with the Pony Club Sundowner at Cable Beach Amphitheatre, where guests were treated to a special welcome drink, handpicked wine by Leeuwin Estate, delectable canapés and live entertainment by DJ Lukie, all while enjoying the breathtaking views of Cable Beach. This event was particularly memorable as it marked the final time the Sundowner would be held at the Amphitheatre in this format due to the upcoming Cable Beach revitalisation project.
Friday’s Tipsy Horse event at the Kimberley Pool was a day of glamour. The Fashions on the Pavement competition, sponsored by Allure South Sea Pearls, was a highlight, with guests showcasing their unique styles. The day was filled with live music, specialty cocktails and fun activities like inflatable pony races.
The pinnacle of the week was Race Day Bliss at Sunset Bar & Grill. Guests enjoyed live coverage of the races on the big screen, with the magnificent Cable Beach setting the scene. The event featured live music, delightful food offerings and signature beverages, adding to the unforgettable experience.

Cup Week 2025 is timed to align with Racing WA’s ‘Broome Cup Race Day‘, currently scheduled for Saturday, 16 August 2025.
Changes to the Broome Racing calendar are outside our control and will impact the timing of Cable Beach Club’s ‘2025 Cup Week Guest Itinerary.
Our Reservations team will offer flexibility for adjusting accommodation bookings, subject to availability if Racing WA changes dates.
