Cable Beach Club’s commitment to the community extends beyond the boundaries of the Resort, fostering a positive impact within Broome’s vibrant community and beyond.

Cable Beach Club also hosted Tourism stakeholders from Broome/Kimberley to view Mutiara, which told the story of Broome’s pearling industry and bonds between Malay Peoples and the First Peoples of the Kimberley.

Human Resources also supports workplace initiatives. The Resort attended Broome Senior High School Speed Recruitment Night in March 2024 and the West Kimberley Careers Expo in April 2024. Three Broome Senior High School Students also completed work experience at the Resort across three different departments. Additionally, the Resort works closely with Tourism Western Australia (TWA) to promote career opportunities within the tourism industry and enhance our recruitment efforts.
