The resort’s booking information and websites are screen-reader compatible, ensuring ease during the reservation process. Recently RMS Cloud was installed to facilitate communication with guests pre-arrival, allowing for shortened check-in time.
Upon arrival, guests will find accessible reception areas equipped with seating, lower counters, clipboards and communication aids like tablets with text-to-voice functions. Additionally, glare-free lighting and clear written information is implemented at reception to enhance arrival experience.
The resort offers single-level accommodation, with bedroom furniture available to be re-arranged on request. Accessible features include fitted handles and handrails, non-allergenic bedding and cleaning products, unobstructed paths through the room, diverse volume and sound controls and contrasting colours of furnishing such as walls, skirtings, floor and furniture. The following bed types are available one double, queen or king bed or two single beds.
Bathroom taps are clearly differentiated between hot and cold, with hot water thermostatically controlled to 41 degrees. The shower is designed with a portable shower head on a flexible hose and with a fold down fixed seat or shower chair.
Public spaces are well-lit with available seating and step-free routes clearly marked. Pathways are smooth and wide, ensuring easy navigation. The resort also provides a quiet space for parents and children in the Autism Spectrum to minimise stress and enhance support for guests.

Accessible parking bays and drop-off zones close to the entrance make arrival and departure convenient. The resort ensures level or ramped access from the car park to the entrance, with clear signage and kerb ramps where needed. Entry doors are designed to be wide, with self-opening or light manual operation options, and sufficient clear space in front.
